电力系统的稳定运行对各行各业以及社会的可持续发展,具有举足轻重的作用 。接地系统作为变电站最基础的防雷设施,是保障人身与设备安全的重要装置,其腐蚀问题直接影响接地性能与系统安全 。文中针对接地系统地上部分的三界面腐蚀问题,提出一种具备优良防腐性能的超疏水导电硅橡胶复合材料 。通过在硅橡胶基体中填充碳纳米管,并采用筛网和喷涂技术,使得导电硅橡胶具有超疏水的功能,提高导电硅橡胶的液滴弹跳、防冰和自清洁能力 。仿真结果表明,该材料在接地引下线连接处的氧还原电流与铁腐蚀电流密度极低,表现出良好的抗腐蚀性能 。该研究为接地系统地上部分的防腐提供了一种新型功能材料解决方案。
