模块化多电平换流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)因其良好的可扩展性与优异的波形质量,已广泛应用于柔性直流输电、可再生能源并网及大容量电机驱动等领域 。然而,MMC 在运行过程中,子模块电容电压易出现不平衡现象,若控制不当将导致器件过压、谐波畸变及系统可靠性下降 。完全排序法作为常用的电压平衡控制手段,虽能有效调节子模块电容电压,但其开关频率高,损耗较大,不利于工程应用 。文中在深入分析 MMC 子模块电容电压机理及传统平衡控制方法的基础上,基于工程实践,提出一种优化后的电容电压平衡策略,开展仿真研究 。该方法在保持各子模块之间电容电压较为平衡的同时,大大降低了绝缘栅双极型晶体管的开关频率 。仿真结果表明,与完全排序法相比,该改进策略能够在保证电容电压波动小于 10% 额定值的前提下,显著降低开关频率(最低至 240 Hz,原开关频率约 2 500 Hz),从而兼顾了系统的可靠性与高效性,为工程实际推广提供了参考。
